DRONE SAVES RESIDENTS FROM BEING DECANTED

At McCosker we are constantly seeking new ways to better serve our clients.  

Demonstrating this innovative approach, we recently used a drone to survey a roof to a 3 storey sheltered housing block which had a major leak.  The problem was found to be a blocked rain water outlet which was cleared.  This prompt action prevented the elderly residents from being decanted from their home - saving much disruption and avoiding further cost.

SUPPORTING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY

Since our formation in 1983, we have always sought to take an active and supportive role in our local community through charity fund raising initiatives and pro-bono projects for deserving local causes.  Most recently this included refurbishment of Burnage Youth Club for the N-Gage youth organisation with all labour and materials provided on a free of charge basis.  

UPDATE ON FUNDRAISING AND SPONSORSHIP

As part of our CSR programme we support a number of sporting endeavours, including sponsorship for St. Oisin's Gaelic Football Club.  Separately we can also now confirm that during 2015 we raised over £1000 for the Macmillan Trust.
